Plain-language license

You are purchasing a license to use B2B SaaS OS, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

What you can do

  • Modify the code freely — rebrand it, extend it, rebuild it
  • Use it commercially, in products you sell
  • Build and operate SaaS applications on top of it
  • Use it for client projects, for as many clients as you like
  • Deploy applications based on it, on any infrastructure
  • Cover your whole team — unlimited employees and contractors
  • Deliver to clients in source or deployed form; clients can keep developing the app you delivered
  • Receive updates at no extra charge while the product is maintained

What you can't do

  • Resell B2B SaaS OS itself, modified or not
  • Publish the repository or make the source public
  • Redistribute the source code as a boilerplate, starter kit, or template
  • Sublicense the source or sell licenses to third parties
  • Share the source beyond your team and permitted client delivery
  • Sell a competing boilerplate based substantially on it

License grant

Upon purchase you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify and build upon B2B SaaS OS for your own products and for client work, per the terms on this page. One license covers your whole team — there is no seat counting, no per-client fees, and no royalties.

Ownership & restrictions

The boilerplate remains the intellectual property of Andrady. Applications you build with it are yours. The restrictions listed above protect the small number of things that keep this viable as a product.

Clients

You can deliver applications in source or deployed form. A client who receives an application can run, maintain, and keep developing that specific application, including hiring developers to help. Clients only need their own license if they want to use B2B SaaS OS itself to build other, unrelated products.

Updates & support

Updates are included at no additional charge while the product is actively maintained — bug fixes, security patches, compatibility improvements, and new features as released. There is no guaranteed update schedule or roadmap. Unless expressly stated at purchase, personalized support, custom development, consulting, and implementation services are not included.

Refunds

B2B SaaS OS is a digital product delivered as source code. Once the download has been accessed, the purchase is final and no refunds are due. What you can count on instead is support: if you cannot get the product running, email wendelandrady30@gmail.com and we will get you running. Custom development and consulting on your app remain out of scope, per the section above.

Term & termination

The license is perpetual unless terminated. If you materially breach the license, you'll receive written notice and 14 days to remedy it. Unauthorized redistribution or resale may result in termination of the license and legal action.
